Just thought that I would let you know how pleased I was with your service this year. I will continue to recommend Cold as Ice when discussing snow removal. The people who took care of my house while I was away were also impressed with your service! It provided a stress free winter for me because I knew that I could count on my driveway being cleaned very soon after any snow fall!

I can tell you that I am a returning customer of six years and that anyone that I have referred to the company in previous years has become a loyal customer. Over the time that I have been customer I have found cold as ice to be reliable and dependable. They have been especially accommodating when customers have phoned or emailed due to medical appointments or family gatherings.

This company does the best job both with snow shoveling and lawn care right down to trimming everything. I fired two other companies as the young boys did a terrible job and were not reliable with weekly cuts. It makes a huge difference hiring owner/operators. I highly recommend you grab them before they fill up.

Thank you for thinking of me. I must tell you that we sold our dad’s house in the spring. I have moved into a condo – having you shovel the driveway for me showed how much I don’t enjoy that task anymore. Michelle, I cannot THANK-YOU enough to you & Steve for the incredible work you did with my Father’s yard. My niece, who lives at the house, phoned me and said how amazing the back yard looked!
